Digitick raises €8m to ensure its European development
Transaction led by Clipperton Finance, acting as Sole Manager.
Paris, October 8th, 2007 – Clipperton Finance, a leading European corporate finance boutique dedicated to the High Tech and Media industries, today announced the closing of an €8m capital raising for digitick, a leader in Internet and mobile phone electronic ticketing for concerts, festivals, museums and sports. Partech Partners, CM-CIC Capital Privé, CIC Finance and High Co Venture participated in the round and joined SFR Developpement. The additional funds will enable digitick to accelerate the development of its dematerialized ticket offering, support its marketing efforts and accelerate its European expansion.
