Clipperton acted as financial advisor to Mediarithmics on its €8M Series B fundraising.
The round was led by Alliance Entreprendre and Adelie Capital, with the participation of historical shareholders Ventech and Jaina Capital.
Mediarithmics will use the proceeds to consolidate its position in France and accelerate its expansion in Europe and North America.
The transaction highlights Clipperton’s expertise on Enteprise SaaS & marketing technology and ability to complete growth financing rounds for internationalization purposes.
