Paris-based Mistertemp’ group, a French leader in digital temporary staffing, is undergoing a reorganization of its shareholding with PE firm Andera Partners taking over from its peer Montefiore Investment alongside the group’s management team.
Mistertemp, established in 2009, has 300 employees across 200 agencies in France and 10 in Italy and generated €420m turnover in 2023.
Clipperton acted as financial advisor to Andera Partners in this transaction.
